NAMM prioritizes the security of our exhibitors and attendees. Unfortunately, scammers aim to target large events like ours, and may falsely claim to provide hotel deals, attendee mailing lists or other event services. To safeguard against scams, follow these guidelines:
Verify the Email Domain: Authentic emails from NAMM will only come from the @namm.org domain. Be cautious of emails from other domains or variations.
Confirm Suspicious Emails: If you receive an email about payment or banking changes, even if it seems genuine, do not act on it. Forward it to billing@namm.org to verify its authenticity.
Do Not Accept Unsolicited Payment Changes: NAMM will never send unsolicited messages regarding changes in payment or banking details.
If you receive any suspicious emails, or are unsure an email is a legitimate vendor email, contact NAMM headquarters at 760-438-8001 or forward the email to cease@namm.org.
